(1)The fee must be paid at each session. (For counseling by e-mail only, the fee must be paid in advance.) We accept cash, personal checks, and Paypal. We accept insurances, but out of network only. Please make an appointment by telephone (360-909-2119/360-433-1700) or e-mail. (info@hopeih.com) (2) The first hypnotherapy session is usually 90 min. long. Thereafter, one session is 60 min. long unless client requests a longer session. Counseling, Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, and NLP sessions are usually 60 min. long unless client requests a longer session. Massage Therapy and Energy Healing sessions can be done in 30 min, 60 min, or 90 min. sessions. A 90-min.Massage Therapy session is recommended for clients with problem areas. (3) If you arrive late, the session cannot be extended into anotherfs time. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior if you need to cancel your appointment. You will be charged the full fee for a cancellation of less than 24 hours. (4) Our therapy would not be appropriate for: -Someone who is dangerous to self and others (e.g. suicidal, homicidal, violent, etc.) -Someone who has a life-threatening disease (an exception might be made with a referral from a physician) -Someone who has a severe psychotic disorder (actively hallucinating and/or delusional) or a severe personality disorder. (an exception might be made with a referral from a psychiatrist.) -Someone with severe substance dependence or serious addiction -Someone with a severe developmental disorder such as Mental Retardation or Autism (Energy Healing only would be O.K.) -Someone with a severe neurological disorder such as Epilepsy, Parkinsonfs Disease, etc. (Counseling/Psychotherapy/Art Therapy only would be O.K.) (5) In order to receive hypnotherapy for pain management, you need a referral from a physician. (6) A male/female staff can be present as an observer by request for clients who feel uncomfortable receiving massage therapy, hypnosis, or energy healing alone by a therapist of the opposite sex. (7) Everything discussed in therapy sessions is strictly confidential. However, there are some exceptions such as child/elderly/vulnerable adult abuse, homicidal/suicidal ideation, or subpoena. When there is a danger to clients or others, therapists are required by law to report the case to a certain authority or to refer clients to an emergency care facility. Also, your records are subject to subpoena. When two therapists work together on the same client, they might share some information if it is necessary for clientfs treatment. When the fee is not paid, your contact information will be disclosed to a collection agency. Also, when you use your insurance, your information will be shared with your insurance company and our billing service company. |
